Return Policy

Worst case scenario

We firmly believe and stand by all of our carefully manufactured products. However, if worst thing happened and you need to return your purchase for any reason, please ship your product back to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund after following these procedure:


HOW TO RETURN:

Send an e-mail to info@mylana.co and we will contact you within one business day. Refunds will be issued to the original bank account used for purchase. However, Lana is unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.

Please make sure that the goods you are returning are still in the exact same condition as when it is delivered to you. We will not be accepting goods without product tags and original wrapping (for FitMat).


REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and checked, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. Your refund will be processed in 1-2 business days.


EXCHANGES:

To exchange your purchased products, please follow the RETURN terms & procedure stated above. If you need to make an exchange please e-mail us at info@mylana.co.
